......GLASS WALL SCULPTURE......SAND-CARVED GLASS.....MIRROR PANELS..... ................................MULTI-DIMENSIONAL MOSAIC'S.................................. Mirrors are definitely my favorite medium. I use them like glass canvas on which I can put my original drawings with shimmering bold hand painted color. Subject matter is anything I can draw. It can range from colorful birds amidst bright foliage to castles with dragons soaring high. My ideas may come from anything, a cracked vase at a flea market, old t-shirt or even a broken tree along the road side. That creative spark becomes a thumbnail often drawn on my table napkin or an envelope in my car. These imaginative sparks become the draft after a lot of work! I want my art glass to make you STOP, LOOK, and WONDER! How did I physically create this piece? Why did I choose the particular colors? Why did display the subject in that way? Can you interpret my intended meaning? Hopefully, for just a few moments in your busy day, you will relax and forget this troubled world. PERHAPS EVEN SMILE! Then I have achieved my art objective!
