I've been doing mosaics for a few years now, this is my very first project.It took three and a half yrs to complete since I was working around a busy work schedule and family. I consider myself and artist "wanna-be" since the only artwork I've done is a mosaic dining table that is not yet finished. Ultimately the table will have custom mosaic pedestals for support and a beveled glass top to protect the tiles. Once that's done, I will attempt to get it shown/sold in a local art gallery.Then perhaps I can call myself and real artist :)
