Hello, I am from MadisonWIsconsin wondering if anyone else is from Madison or nearby, I am a self taught mosaicist that would love to meet and see your art and just basicaly talk art, gets kind of lonely doing art all by my self.

Hi, Louella. I live in St. Paul and everymonth the Minnesota Mosaic Guild gets together and talks mosaics. You are invited to come any time! Here's our website:

Go to the Meetings page to get info. We meet the second Wed of the month. Meeting details go up a week or two before the meeting (our location changes from month to month).

I'm with you Louella! I'm in the
North Georgia area, near Chattanooga
and could use a few artist friends too.

The mailing lists I have joined are so
apathetic toward new members.
If you aren't one of the old timers
you don't get replies.

Would love to see this forum become more
active with questions, comments and fun!

I am mosaickathy, I live in Port Orange Fl. I too have to say we need a mosaic company here, although about an 1 1/2 from me is St Augustine Fl, and there is lots of arts in that area, too much maybe. But I am acutally looking to open a gallry here and maybe a studio where people can learn as well, not for about a year until I get all my supplies and a good location. Wish ne luck.
